Breathwork has been increasingly popular as both a health and meditation practice over the last several years — and 2020 saw even more people turning to breathwork as we faced a virus that focused primarily on the lungs.

In this short video, Maja Magnusson, a breathwork and meditation facilitator and coach, walks us through a simple everyday breathing exercise that can be done anywhere, and explores some of the situations where breathwork can be most helpful.
